Shipping + Returns


We ship express, countrywide, door-to-door. Orders are delivered by local express couriers and are a flat rate of R85. Tracking details will be sent to you when your order is complete. Please allow 2-5 working days. 

International deliveries with DHL are available. If your country is not listed at checkout, please email and we will get back to you with a shipping quote. 


Our returns policy is valid for 7 days. Your return must be sent to us within 7 days of receipt in order to be valid for an exchange.

We do not offer refunds on resortwear, a credit note will be issued. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue your credit. This is redeemable for one year from date of issue. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note: all items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition to qualify for credit. Our pieces are handmade, and may vary a slightly from our pictures.


Every product has a description of the sizing, measurements & fit which is located on the products page, please read through it thoroughly before placing your oder. Exchanges come with an environmental cost so we encourage you to reach out to us if you are unsure about your size before ordering, as returning/exchanging items results in extra carbon emissions from transportation. If the item size needs to be exchanged, it may be returned as per the guidelines outlined in the "returns" section above. Once your item is returned and inspected, we will issue you with a store credit for you to pick your preferred size.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held liable for missing parcels. 


All items sold on sale are final. Discounted items cannot be returned.
